Sungai Rengit Industrial Estate Sdn Bhd has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 2 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up.
The intended business of Sungai Rengit Industrial Estate Sdn Bhd is to develop an industrial estate within our deepwater terminal land to support the development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry at Pengerang, Johor.
